Common use of Compliance with Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Agreement. Purchaser shall have in all material respects performed and complied with all of Purchaser's agreements and obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by Purchaser prior to or on the Closing, including the delivery of the closing documents specified in Section 2.2(b) hereof.
