Compliance With and Enforcement of Purchase Agreement. The City shall perform all obligations and duties imposed on it under the Purchase Agreement and shall not do or permit anything to be done, or omit or refrain from doing anything, in any case where any such act done or permitted to be done, or any such omission of or refraining from action, would or might be an Event of Default. The City, immediately upon receiving or giving any notice, communication or other document in any way relating to or affecting any such action will deliver the same, or a copy thereof, to the Trustee.
