Compliance with Applicable Law and Contracts. The Borrower shall comply, and cause each other Obligor and each Subsidiary of the Borrower or any other Obligor to comply, with (a) all Applicable Law, including the obtaining of all Governmental Approvals, (b) their respective Governing Documents, and (c) all mortgages, indentures, contracts, agreements and instruments to which it is a party or by which any of its properties may be bound, the failure, in any such event, with which to comply could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
