COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND POLICIES. a. The parties shall at all times comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, executive orders and ordinances pertaining to their respective businesses, products or services, employment obligations, and the subject matter of this Contract.
