COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND POLICIES. a. The parties shall at all times comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, executive orders and ordinances pertaining to their respective businesses, products or services, employment obligations, and the subject matter of this Contract. The parties shall at all times comply with all applicable standards and policies of OSU, including without limitation any such laws or regulations regarding employment discrimination. If this Contract is being funded with federal funds, Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal contracting statutes, regulations and policies.
