COMPLIANCE WITH APPROPRIATE LAW. Each Party warrants that it shall comply with any applicable national or local laws and regulations related to the subject matter of this Agreement and that a Party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from actions related to a Party's violation of such laws and regulations to the extent permitted by law.
