Confidentiality Terms. YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THE COURSE PROJECT MAY REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE ACCESS TO CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF THE COURSE SPONSOR, AND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU AGREE TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY TERMS ATTACHED TO AND INCORPORATED INTO THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT. THESE CONFIDENTIALITY TERMS ARE MADE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COURSE SPONSOR. THIS MEANS THE COURSE SPONSOR CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE CONFIDENTIALITY TERMS.
Confidentiality Terms. As a condition of participating in the Event located at Austin Labs on July 23-27 of 2018, the company identified below ("Company") agrees that any information with respect to (i) the performance, compatibility, interoperability or testing of Fibre Channel products which is realized or disclosed in conjunction with the Event (“Interoperability Information”) or (ii) any prerelease or prototype products, proprietary tester equipment or test software identified, disclosed or operated at the Event ("Product and Test Equipment Information") is the confidential and proprietary property of the respective owners of such Fibre Channel products. In order to protect the confidentiality of that Interoperability Information and Product and Test Equipment Information (together “Information”), Company agrees that it will not disclose any Information of any other company participating at the Event (“Participant”) to any non-participating party and will hold the Information in confidence. Company may disclose the Information to its employees and contractors on a need to know basis and may use the Information only for the Purpose. If Company provides information to contractors, Company agrees that those contractors will be under obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Information as least as restrictive as this Agreement. Company agrees that in no case shall it use such Interoperability Information to support any claim of compliance with the Fibre Channel specification. The confidentiality obligations of Company herein will not apply beyond one (1) year from the last day of the Event, nor will such obligations apply to any Information which (a) is now or hereafter becomes generally known or available in the public domain through no fault of the Company, (b) is knowingly furnished to others by its owner without restrictions on disclosure, (c) is received from a third party not under obligation to treat the Information as confidential, or (d) is independently developed by or already in the possession of Company.
Confidentiality Terms. As a condition of participating in the Event, whether by physical presence at a designated plugfest location or remotely via telepresence, the company or individual identified below ("Participant") agrees that any information with respect to (i) the performance, compatibility, interoperability or testing of Cloud Storage or Cloud Computing-based products, which is realized or disclosed in conjunction with the Event (“Interoperability Information”) or (ii) any pre-release or prototype products, proprietary tester equipment or test software identified, disclosed or operated at the Event ("Product and Test Equipment Information") is the confidential and proprietary property of the respective owners of such Cloud Storage or Cloud Computing-based products. In order to protect the confidentiality of that Interoperability Information and Product and Test Equipment Information (together “Information”), Participant agrees that it will not disclose any Information of any other participant participating at the Event (“Participant”) to any non-participating party and will hold the Information in confidence. Company may disclose the Information to its employees and contractors on a need to know basis and may use the Information only for the Purpose. If the Participant provides Information to contractors, Participant agrees that those contractors will be under obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Information as least as restrictive as this Agreement. Should Participant send a contractor to the event in no way can the contractor use the plugfest to promote the contractor's company or behave in any fashion other than as a contractor representing the OEM. Any violations of this policy will not be tolerated, if a violation occurs the offending contractor may be subject to serious reprimands including both the OEM and contractor being barred from future events. The confidentiality obligations of Participant herein will not apply beyond one (1) year from the last day of the Event, nor will such obligations apply to any Information which (a) is now or hereafter becomes generally known or available in the public domain through no fault of the Participant, (b) is knowingly furnished to others by its owner without restrictions on disclosure, (c) is received from a third party not under obligation to treat the Information as confidential, or (d) is independently developed by or already in the possession of Participant.
Confidentiality Terms. 14.1. Each Party acknowledges that the Confidential Information of the other is valuable to it and agrees to treat as confidential all Confidential Information received from the other Party in connection with this Agreement. Neither Party will disclose such Confidential Information to any third party except to its employees, officers, agents, suppliers, advisors who have the need to access the Confidential Information for such Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement or as required by Applicable Law or government authorities, and in each case, the disclosing Party will, to the extent permitted under Applicable Law, give the other Party prior notice of such disclosure.
Confidentiality Terms. Lessee shall not disclose the contents in the Lease Contract to the third party (excluding associated companies of Lessee) without written consent from Lessor. The associated companies under the Lease Contract refer to parent company, subsidiaries and branches of Lessee unless otherwise agreed; otherwise Lessee shall have right to cancel the Lease Contract and/or require Lessee to compensate the loss of Lessor induced thereby.
Confidentiality Terms. In accordance with Section 18 of the Contract, Purchaser, as a party interested in evaluating the Property for purchase (“Interested Party”), understands, acknowledges and expressly agrees to the following confidentiality terms (“Terms”) regarding information provided to Purchaser by Seller:

Both parties agree that: the confidential information involved in the cooperation between both parties includes but is not limited to any materials provided by both parties to the opposite party according to this agreement, correspondences in cooperation process and other materials or information related to business or technology that are not published. The recipient shall bear confidentiality obligations for the confidential information of disclosing party. The recipient shall not disclose the disclosing party’s confidential information acquired in oral, written, visual or other forms to any third party or use such information for the purpose other than the cooperation of both parties; unless the disclosing party has authorized such third party to acquire the disclosed confidential information in written form in advance. The specific agreement of confidentiality is subject to Appendix Confidentiality Agreement in this agreement.
Confidentiality Terms. To protect Customer Information (defined below) and to comply as may be necessary with requirements of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, the relevant state and federal regulations pursuant thereto, including Regulation S-P, and state privacy laws (all the foregoing referred to as "Privacy Law") the parties wish to include the confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations set forth herein.
Confidentiality Terms. 9.1 The Member agrees to treat as confidential all confidential information of Gulf International Bank – Saudi, not to use such confidential information for any purpose other than to the limited extent necessary to use the Website and not to disclose such confidential information to any third party except as may be reasonably required pursuant to these T&C and subject to confidentiality obligations at least as protective as those set forth herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Member shall use at least the same degree of care which Member uses to prevent the disclosure of Member’s own confidential information of like importance to prevent the disclosure of confidential information disclosed by Gulf International Bank – Saudi, provided, however, that in no event shall such degree of care be less than reasonable in light of general industry practice.

In order to protect the confidentiality of that Interoperability Information and Product and Test Equipment Information (together “Information”), Company agrees that it will not disclose any Information of any other company participating at the Event (“Participant”) to any non-participating party and will hold the Information in confidence. Company may disclose the Information to its employees and contractors on a need to know basis and may use the Information only for the Purpose.
