Compliance with Article III. The Corporation’s obligation to make any payments under this Section 2.7(e), except for accrued but unpaid Salary through the Termination Date, any Annual Bonus that was previously earned but unpaid as of the Termination Date, and reimbursement of unreimbursed expenses, is contingent upon Executive’s compliance with Article III herein, and Executive and the Corporation agree that the Corporation shall have the right, in addition to any other rights of the Corporation, to terminate or suspend such payments in the event of Executive’s breach of Article III herein.
