Compliance with Article IV Sample Clauses

Compliance with Article IV. If (a) the Custodian fails to comply with its obligations to deliver any assessment of servicing compliance or registered public accounting firm attestation reports required pursuant to this Article IV or (b) any Subcontractor engaged by the Custodian fails to comply with its obligations to deliver any assessment of servicing compliance or registered public accounting firm attestation reports, the Master Servicer, may, after consultation with the Depositor, remove the Custodian and appoint a successor custodian by written instrument, in duplicate, one copy of which instrument shall be delivered to the Custodian so removed and one copy to the successor custodian.
