Common use of Compliance with Bank Policies Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Bank Policies. Employee agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of Bank respecting the performance of his duties and to carry out and perform orders, directions and policies communicated to him from time to time. Employee agrees to comply with all rules and policies contained in any applicable Employee Handbook which has been or will be issued by Bank.
