Compliance with Civil Rights Laws. ‌ 8.7.1 Subrecipient hereby assures that it will comply with Subchapter VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended) [Title 42 United States Code Sections 2000e (1) - 2000e (17), Title 42 United States Code Section 2000d and Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 80] and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, to the end that no person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, religion, ancestry, age, condition of physical handicap, marital status, political affiliation, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under this Subaward or under any project, program, or activity supported by this Subaward.
