Common use of Compliance with Codes; Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Codes; Fixtures. Tenant shall comply with all obligations imposed by applicable building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety, and shall keep the Dwelling Unit, including plumbing and other fixtures, appliances, and facilities in a good, clean, safe and sanitary condition. Tenant shall use in a reasonable manner all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and other fixtures, appliances, and facilities in the Dwelling Unit and shall maintain the utility services paid for by Tenant on at all times during the Term. Tenant shall be responsible for any and all damages caused by Tenant’s failure to comply with this requirement.
