Compliance with Company Policies. To the extent not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with due regard for their position, Executive shall be subject to the Bylaws, policies, practices, procedures, and rules of the Company, including those policies and procedures set forth in the Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, but in no event shall anything in such documents be construed to expand the definition of Cause hereunder.
