Compliance with Conditions Precedent to the Issuance of the Bonds. All acts, conditions, and things required to exist, happen, and be performed precedent to and in the execution and delivery by the Issuer of the Bonds do exist, have happened, and have been performed in due time, form, and manner as required by law; the issuance of the Bonds, together with all other obligations of the Issuer, do not exceed or violate any constitutional or statutory limitation; and the revenues, funds, property, and amounts pledged to the payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds, as the same become due, have been calculated to be sufficient in amount for that purpose.
