Compliance with Conditions to Closing. Subsequent to the execution and delivery of this Agreement and prior to the closing, each of the parties to this Agreement will execute such documents and take such other actions as reasonably may be appropriate to fulfill the conditions to the closing provided for in Article 4 of this Agreement.
