Compliance with Corporation HSE Requirements. The Contractor shall observe and comply with the health, safety and environment requirements set prescribed by any statutory authority and/or set out in the Contract including, without limitation, the Corporation’s HSE policy and guidelines (or relevant part thereof) set out in the Contract.
