Drugs and Alcohol. The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.

Neither the Contractor nor any of the Contractor’s Personnel shall, except for bona fide medical purposes, keep, sell, barter, give, dispense or otherwise dispose of any drugs or alcoholic liquors to any person at the Site or permit the same to be done by any person. Alcohol shall not be permitted at the Site save in a form generally used in medicine and forming a bona fide constituent of a medical kit. The Corporation’s Representative reserves the right to search the property and person of any member of the Contractor's Personnel to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Clause 5.4 (Drugs and Alcohol). The Corporation’s Representative may at his absolute discretion prohibit any member of the Contractor's Personnel to go on to the Site or other facility in the control of Corporation, or may require such person to leave the Site where he has reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance with the provisions of this Clause 5.4 (Drugs and Alcohol). The Contractor shall at all times comply with the provisions of Appendix 4 (Substance Abuse Conditions).
Drugs and Alcohol. Contractor shall adhere to and enforce a zero tolerance policy for the use of alcohol and the unlawful selling, possession or use of controlled substances while performing work under this Contract.
Drugs and Alcohol. While on duty no employee shall consume or use alcohol, intoxicants, narcotics, or controlled substances in any form. Similarly, no employee shall report for work under the influence of intoxicants, narcotics or controlled substances in any form. The provisions of this section shall not apply to circumstances in which the alcohol, intoxicants, narcotics, or controlled substances are being taken as prescribed by a licensed medical professional, provided that said substances do not impede the employee’s ability to perform his/her normal job functions.

Owners warrant that they have in force an active policy covering the vessels which meets or exceeds the standards set out in the “Guidelines for the Control of Drugs and Alcohol On Board Ship” as published by the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) dated January 1990 (or any subsequent modification, version, or variation of these guidelines) and that this policy will remain in force throughout the charter period, and Owners will exercise due diligence to ensure the policy is complied with.

Drugs and Alcohol. The possession, soliciting, concealment or consumption of prohibited drugs on vessels covered by this Agreement is prohibited.
Drugs and Alcohol. SCEA has a strict policy with respect to drugs and alcohol. It will constitute grounds for summary dismissal for misconduct if an employee is found to be in possession of, or to have consumed, any illegal drugs, or is under the influence of alcohol during working hours.
