Common use of Compliance with Corporation Policies Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Corporation Policies. Employee agrees to comply with and be subject to all of Corporation’s policies and procedures, including reasonable amendments to such policies and procedures adopted by Corporation during the term of Employee’s employment, as well as such reasonable rules and regulations as are adopted from time to time by Corporation.
