Compliance with Covenants and Laws. The use of the Property permitted by the Lease complies, or will comply after LRC obtains readily available permits ( as the tenant under the Lease), in all material respects with all Applicable Laws. LRC has obtained or can and will promptly obtain all utility, building, health and operating permits required by any governmental authority or municipality having jurisdiction over the Property for the use of the Property permitted by the Lease.
