Compliance with Customer On-Site Rules. Professional Services will be delivered virtually unless otherwise specified in a SOW. For Professional Services performed on Customer premises, PROS personnel will comply with any reasonable Customer rules and regulations regarding safety and conduct which have been made known in advance to PROS.
