Each Party will inform its own personnel for the processing of their Personal Data in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws. UiPath processes Personal Data as described in its Privacy Policy available on its website. If any of the Parties would at any time act as a data processor on behalf of the other Party during the performance of this Agreement, the Parties shall enter into a data processing agreement in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws.
