Common use of Compliance with Discipline Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Discipline. Party B shall be subject to Party A’s arrangement of work, strictly comply with national laws and regulations, and rules, regulations, labor disciplines and work criterion stipulated by Party A’s companies or departments in accordance with law, take good care of Party A’s properties, observe professional ethics, and actively participate in the training organized by Party A so as to improve professional skills.
