Common use of Compliance with Electrical Service Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Electrical Service Requirements. Seller shall, at its sole expense, operate and maintain the Facility (i) in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices, the requirements of this Agreement, Buyer’s interconnection requirements, and all applicable Requirements of Law, and (ii) in a manner that is reasonably likely to maximize the output of Energy and Environmental Attributes from the Facility and result in a useful life for the Facility of not less than the Agreement Term.

Compliance with Electrical Service Requirements. Seller shall, at its sole expense, operate and maintain the Facility (i) in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices, the requirements of this Agreement, Buyer’s interconnection requirements, Agreement and all applicable Requirements of Law, and (ii) in a manner that is reasonably likely to maximize the daytime hour (on-peak) output of Energy and Environmental Attributes from the Facility and result in a useful life for the Facility of not less than the Agreement Term.Term.‌
