COMPLIANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDERS CONCERNING ETHICS AND LOBBYIST REGISTRATION. The Contractor agrees to comply in all applicable respects with the Governor’s Executive Orders concerning ethics matters, including, but not limited to Executive Order dated January 10, 2011 (Establishing a Code of Ethics for Executive Branch Officers and Employees, including provisions governing former officers and employees) and Executive Order dated October 1, 2003 (Providing for the Registration and Disclosure of Lobbyists Employed or Retained by Vendors to State Agencies). In this regard, the Contractor certifies that any lobbyist engaged to provide services has both registered and made the disclosures required by the Executive Orders.
