Compliance with Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006. The Provider certifies that it does and will comply with the reporting requirements of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (P.L. 109-282) (FFATA) with respect to Federal grants greater than or equal to $25,000. A FFATA sub-award report must be filed by the end of the month following the month in which the grant was awarded.
