Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws. In addition to the requirements set forth in ARPA use of the Award may be subject to various other Federal, State, and Local laws. Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations with respect to its receipt and use of the Award pursuant to this Agreement.
