Compliance with Federal, State and Local. Regulations The Contractor shall comply with all State and Authorized User policies regarding compliance with various confidentiality and privacy laws, rules and regulations. As part of such compliance, Contractor shall execute written confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements as requested by the State or an Authorized User. Upon request by the Authorized User, Contractor will provide verification of compliance with specific Federal, State and local regulations, laws and IT standards with which the Authorized User is required to comply.
