Compliance with Federal Transit Administration Requirements. Contractor shall comply with all requirements of the Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”), attached hereto in Attachment E. If a conflict shall arise between the provisions of this Agreement and any FTA requirement in Attachment E, the FTA requirement shall take precedence and be controlling.
