COMPLIANCE WITH FUEL STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS. (1) Fuel Standards and Requirements. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, Seller must, and must ensure and procure that its employees, contractors, sub-contractors and/or agents, comply with the standards and industry practices as referenced in the ICAO Manual and the Agreement, including without limitation the specifications for Fuel as set out in Article 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, and any other specific industry standards or practices as set out in the respective location agreement, to the extent that such standards, industry practices and requirements (as amended from time to time) are applicable to the provision of the Services under this Agreement (collectively, the “Fuel Standards and Requirements”).
