COMPLIANCE WITH GENERALLY APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. a. At all times during this Agreement, GRANTEE, and all services performed under this Agreement, will comply with all applicable federal and state constitutions, laws, rules, codes, orders, and regulations. b. CONTRACTOR certifies that it will not use grant funds to engage in a prohibited discriminatory practice during the term of this Contract, and that if it does, it shall promptly notify the State in writing. Using state funds for a prohibited discriminatory practice may result in termination.
