Compliance with Indenture, etc. The Servicer will observe and perform all obligations, duties, covenants and agreements contained in the Indenture or any Indenture Supplement and expressed in such documents to be observed or performed by the Servicer as if the Servicer were a party to the Indenture or such Indenture Supplement, as applicable, including those in Article VIII of the Indenture.
