Common use of Compliance with Indentures Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Indentures. The making of the extensions of credit hereunder and the granting of the Liens under the Security Documents shall not violate any provisions of the Indentures, and the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Company (which certificate shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) certifying that the transactions contemplated hereby do not necessitate the sharing (on an equal and ratable basis or otherwise) of collateral security granted pursuant to the Security Documents with any trustee or holder of Indebtedness under the Indentures.
