Compliance with Industry and Regulatory Standards. The Work and Contractor's performance under the Contract shall be in accordance with the highest design professional, professional construction and process equipment industry practices and applicable standards and industry codes, of a good and workmanlike character and in compliance with all applicable Federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and those of any regulatory body having jurisdiction over all or part of the Work, Contractor, the Project, or the Site.
