Compliance With Insurance Requirements; Warranties. Tenant shall not do anything in the Premises, or bring or keep anything therein, or subject the Property or any portion thereof to any use which would damage the same or increase the risk of loss or fire, or violate Landlord’s Insurance, or Tenant’s Insurance, or which shall conflict with the regulations of the fire department or any Laws or with any insurance policy on the Premises or any part thereof, or with any rules or regulation established by any administrative body or official having jurisdiction. Tenant shall promptly comply with the reasonable requirements of any board of fire insurance underwriters or other similar body now or hereafter constituted.
