Common use of Compliance with Insurances Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Insurances. comply with the terms and conditions of the Insurances, not do, consent to or permit any act or omission which might invalidate or render unenforceable the whole or any part of the Insurances and not (without first obtaining the consent of the insurers to such employment and complying with such requirements as to extra premium or otherwise as the insurers may prescribe) employ the Ship or permit the Ship to be employed otherwise than in conformity with the terms of the Insurances (including any warranties express or implied therein);
