Name and House Flag Sample Clauses

Name and House Flag. The name of the Vessel may be changed by the Hirer at its expense, to such name as the Hirer shall select and the Owner may agree (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld) and such name shall thereafter be and remain the name of the Vessel and the Vessel shall be painted in such colours, display such funnel insignia and fly such house flag as the Hirer may require. The Hirer shall notify the Owner of any intended change in the name of the Vessel. The Owner shall at the expense of the Hirer, co-operate in the registration of any change of name at the Bahamian Maritime Authority.
