Compliance with IO Sample Clauses

The 'Compliance with IO' clause requires parties to adhere strictly to the terms and conditions outlined in an Insertion Order (IO), which is a document specifying the details of a particular transaction or campaign, such as deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. In practice, this means that all actions, deliverables, and obligations must align with what is specified in the IO, and any deviations may constitute a breach of contract. Compliance with IO. Subject to Section (f) below, Viber will comply with the IO, including all Ad placement restrictions, and will create a reasonably balanced delivery schedule.
Compliance with IO. Media Company will deliver the Campaign in accordance with the accepted IO, Accordingly: 1. Ads will be placed only on approved Sites, where agreed, and comply with all placement restrictions, exclusivity agreements, sizing and positioning requirements, 2. Unless the IO expressly confirms the use of affiliate marketing programs or network properties, the Campaign will only be delivered on Media Company-owned Sites, 3. Campaign delivery will (unless expressly stated in the IO) be reasonably balanced across the Campaign term, with impressions (and other Deliverables to the extent commercially reasonable) being evenly disbursed across the Campaign flight, with no front or back loading, 4. Media Company will deliver Ads to the Site(s) specified on the IO when such Site is visited by a User, 5. the start and end date of each creative execution to be delivered for the Campaign must be complied with, 6. on the Campaign start date, banners / Tags (defined below) must be posted in the morning and, unless otherwise instructed by Agency / Advertiser, in writing, must be pulled in the evening (in the relevant time zone) on the Campaign end date. Any exceptions to the above, and all bonus impressions or other bonus Deliverables delivered after the Campaign end date, must be approved by the Agency in writing.
Compliance with IO. Publisher agrees that during the Term of this IO, the Publisher shall provide certain Deliverables on the Site(s) listed in the IO to Criteo exclusively for the population built for Criteo and recognized through the Criteo Technology. The Publisher shall follow Criteo’s instructions to implement the Criteo Technology. These instructions concern the display, ad serving, tracking and reporting of Ads. The Publisher undertakes not to modify any invocation code or other programming of the Criteo Technology without Criteo’s prior written consent.
Compliance with IO. Media Company will comply with the IO, including all Ad placement restrictions, and, except as set forth in Section VII(c) below, will create a reasonably balanced delivery schedule. Media Company will provide, within the scope of the IO, an Ad to the Site specified on the IO when such Site is visited by an Internet user. Any exceptions to this will be approved by the Advertiser or Agency, as applicable, in writing, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Compliance with IO. Publisher will comply with the applicable IO and will create a delivery schedule in its sole discretion. Publisher will provide, within the scope of the applicable IO, Ad(s) to the Publisher Properties specified on the IO when such Publisher Properties are visited by an Internet user.
