Compliance with Iowa Code chapter 8F. If the Contract is subject to the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 8F, the Contractor shall comply with Iowa Code chapter 8F with respect to any subcontracts it enters into pursuant to this Contract. Any compliance documentation, including but not limited to certifications, received from subcontractors by the Contractor shall be forwarded to the Agency.
Compliance with Iowa Code chapter 8F. If this Agreement is subject to the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 8F, then the Vendor shall comply with Iowa Code chapter 8F with respect to any subcontracts it enters into pursuant to this Agreement. The Vendor shall provide the State of Iowa with any compliance documentation, including but not limited to certifications, received from subcontractors by the Vendor.

Any compliance documentation, including but not limited to certifications, received by the Grantee from subcontractors shall be forwarded to IEDA.
Compliance with Iowa Code chapter 8F. Participating Agency and IDR shall comply with Iowa Code Chapter 8F with respect to any sub-agreements or contracts it enters into pursuant to this Agreement. Any compliance documentation, including but not limited to certificates, received from contractors by Participating Agency or IDR shall be made available upon request of the other Party.
