Common use of Compliance with Label Claims, Etc Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Label Claims, Etc. Distributor agrees to market the Products consistent with all applicable Label Claims. Distributor shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates not, to make any representations or warranties relating to the Products except for those representations contained in this Agreement. Distributor agrees not to make, and agrees to cause its Subdistributors not to make, any representation or warranty, whether oral or in writing, regarding the Products that is not consistent with the Label Claims authorized for the Product in the Field in the Territory.

Distributor will receive approval from the supplier of all claims and language used to describe the product.
