Common use of Compliance with Law and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Agreements. Seller is not in violation of any applicable law, statute, order, rule, or regulation promulgated or judgment entered by any Federal, state, or local governmental authority, which violation individually or in the aggregate would adversely affect Seller's entering into or performance of its obligations under this Agreement; and (B) Seller's entering into and performance of its obligations under this Agreement will not give rise to any default under any agreement to which it is a party.
