Compliance with Law, Choice of Law. The parties will comply with all laws, rules (including Network Rules) and regulations (including Industry Regulations), (together Laws), that are applicable to their respective obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of New South Wales. The courts of New South Wales will be the proper venue for legal proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement.
