Compliance with Law/Codes. In performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, codes, rules or orders of, or issued by, any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Services, location of the Services or the Agreement.
