Compliance with Law – CONTRACT. In its performance under this CONTRACT, CONTRACTOR shall fully comply with the requirements of the following, whether or not otherwise referred to in this CONTRACT: A. The Act and all applicable federal statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including but not limited to, 20 CFR WIOA NPRM Parts 676 through 678 and Parts 675, 679 through 687. i. All applicable standards and orders and requirements issued under Section 306 of the Clean Air Act, Section 508 of the Clean Water Act and Environmental Protection Agency regulations in contracts in excess of $100,000. ii. All mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency as particularized in the state Energy Conservation Plan (Title 20, California Code of Regulations), as required by the U.S. Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163) as each may now exist or be thereafter amended; B. All applicable State statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives; C. All applicable COUNTY policies, procedures and directives; D. All applicable local ordinances and requirements, including use permits and licensing; E. Court orders applicable to CONTRACTOR’s operations; and F. The terms and conditions of this CONTRACT, including Attachments and Exhibits.

All applicable State statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives; C. All applicable COUNTY policies, procedures and directives; D. All applicable local ordinances and requirements, including use permits and licensing; E. Court orders applicable to SUBRECIPIENT’s operations; and F. The terms and conditions of this CONTRACT, including Attachments and Exhibits.

  • Compliance with Laws, Etc Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, such compliance to include, without limitation, compliance with ERISA and Environmental Laws, except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Compliance with Law The Company shall make reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable federal and state securities laws; provided, however, notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan and this Agreement, the Company shall not be obligated to issue any Common Stock pursuant to this Agreement if the issuance thereof would result in a violation of any such law.

  • Compliance with Laws Comply in all material respects with the requirements of all Laws and all orders, writs, injunctions and decrees applicable to it or to its business or property, except in such instances in which (a) such requirement of Law or order, writ, injunction or decree is being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings diligently conducted; or (b) the failure to comply therewith could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
