Common use of Compliance with Laws and Building Codes Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws and Building Codes. Licensee shall ensure that all Proprietary Capital Additions, improvements, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and tenant finishes constructed or installed by Licensee, or Licensee's contractor, conform in all respects to applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and building codes; the County's approval shall not be construed as a representation or warranty of conformance. The County may withhold approval based upon, among other grounds, engineering, architectural, airport safety/security operational impact, or aesthetic considerations.
