Common use of Compliance with Laws and District Policies/Non-Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws and District Policies/Non-Discrimination. The Service Provider shall comply with all Laws that apply to performance under the Agreement, as amended from time to time. The Service Provider shall comply with Laws (1) prohibiting the use or possession of alcohol, tobacco or firearms on District property; (2) related to web access; and (3) prohibiting discrimination, intimidation, or harassment on the basis of ethnicity or race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, age, veteran status, or disability.
