Compliance with Laws and Orders. Neither the Company nor any of its directors, officers, Affiliates, agents or employees, in their capacity as such, has violated since the incorporation of the Company, or is currently in default or violation under any Law or Order applicable to the Company or any of its Assets and Properties, except for such violations or defaults that could not reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the Business or Condition of the Company.

Compliance with Laws and Orders. Neither the Company nor nor, to the Company’s knowledge, any of its directors, officers, Affiliates, agents or employeesemployees in his, in their her or its capacity as such, such has violated in any material respect since the incorporation of the Company, or is currently in default or violation under in any material respect under, any Law or Order applicable to the Company or any of its Assets and Properties, except for and the Company is not aware of any such violations claim of violation, or defaults that could not reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on of any such actual violation, of any such Law or Order by the Business or Condition Company since the incorporation of the Company.
