OSHA. Where employees are engaged in activities not covered under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, they shall not be required or permitted to work, be trained, or receive services in buildings or surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous to the participants’ health or safety.
OSHA. The Grantee agrees that it shall take affirmative action to ensure that the Project is constructed in compliance with federal and state occupational health and safety laws and that inspectors authorized by NMED’s Occupational Health and Safety Bureau (OSHA) shall be given free access to the Project sites.
OSHA. All of the Borrower Parties’ and their Subsidiaries’ operations are conducted in compliance, in all material respects, with all applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor.
OSHA. Licensee shall comply with the State of North Carolina Occupational/Safety and Health Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Public Law 91-956, as it may apply to this Agreement, and shall defend, indemnify and hold the City harmless from and against all claims, suits, damages, costs, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) in any manner arising out of or connected with the failure of the Licensee, its agents, successors, assigns, officers or employees to comply with the provisions of OSHA or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
OSHA. ABB warrants that the Equipment will comply with the relevant standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 ("OSHA") and the regulations promulgated thereunder as of the date of the Proposal. Upon prompt written notice from the Purchaser of a breach of this warranty, ABB will replace the affected part or modify it so that it conforms to such standard or regulation. ABB's obligation shall be limited to such replacement or modification. In no event shall ABB be responsible for liability arising out of the violation of any OSHA standards relating to or caused by Purchaser's design, location, operation, or maintenance of the Equipment, its use in association with other equipment of Purchaser, or the alteration of the Equipment by any party other than ABB.
OSHA. All of the operations of the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries are conducted in all material respects in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor.
OSHA. The Resident agrees to strictly comply with and adhere to all OSHA regulations and institutional policies that are referable to OSHA regulations, including those prohibiting the wearing of scrubs, booties, masks and caps worn during a surgical procedure, outside of the operating room.
OSHA. All work, services, materials, supplies and equipment performed and/or furnished under the terms of this Agreement shall comply with the requirements and standards specified in the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (Public Law 91-596), as amended, as well all other applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations. All services performed herein must comply with all State of Louisiana Codes.
OSHA. The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting all activities on the project site in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, and the standards and regulations issued thereunder. The Contractor specifically agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the School District, its Board of Education, and its members, employees, and agents, in their individual and official capacities, for all claims, liability and damages, including but not necessarily limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, resulting from Contractor’s failure to conduct its activities on the project site in accordance with said Act and the related standards.
OSHA. All goods furnished hereunder shall be manufactured and shall perform in accordance with the applicable prescribed standards of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 in effect on the date of this Purchase Order.
