Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PRIVATE RESTRICTIONS Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PRIVATE RESTRICTIONS. Tenant shall abide by and shall promptly observe and comply with, at its sole cost and expense, all Laws and Private Restrictions respecting the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property including, without limitation, all Laws governing the use and/or disposal of hazardous materials, and shall defend with competent counsel, indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any claims, damages or liability resulting from Tenant's failure to so abide, observe, or comply. Tenant's obligations hereunder shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.

Tenant's obligations hereunder The indemnity provision of this Article shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, with respect to any activities of Tenant occurring on or about the Property while Tenant was in possession of the Leased Premises.

Tenant's obligations hereunder shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.

Tenant's obligations hereunder The indemnity provision of this Paragraph shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, with respect to any activities of Tenant occurring on or about the Property while Tenant was in possession of the Lease Premises.

Tenant shall abide by and shall promptly observe and comply with, at its sole cost and expense, all Laws and Private Restrictions respecting the Tenant's use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas Areas, the Property, or the Property Project, including, without limitation, building codes, the Americans With Disabilities Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and all Laws governing the use and/or disposal of hazardous materials, and shall defend with competent counsel, indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any claims, damages or liability resulting from Tenant's failure to so abide, observe, or comply. Tenant's obligations hereunder shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.

Tenant's ’s obligations hereunder shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.

Tenant's obligations hereunder shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.

Tenant's obligations hereunder The indemnity provision of this Paragraph shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, with respect to any activities of Tenant occurring on or about the Property while Tenant was in possession of the Lease Premises.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PRIVATE RESTRICTIONS. Tenant shall abide by and shall promptly observe and comply with, at its sole cost and expense, all Laws and Private Restrictions respecting the conduct of Tenant's business at the Premises, workplace conditions or safety at the Premises, industrial hygiene at the Premises, environmental matters at the Premises, or the repair, maintenance, use and or occupancy of the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas Building or the Property including, without limitation, all Laws governing the use and/or use, storage, handling, release, discharge, transportation or disposal of hazardous materialsHazardous Materials, and shall defend with competent counseldefend, indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any claims, damages or liability Adverse Consequences (as defined below) resulting from Tenant's failure to so abide, observe, or complycomply with such Laws or Private Restrictions. Tenant's obligations hereunder The provisions of this Section 4.7 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
