COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. Vendor agrees that in the performance of its obligations hereunder, it shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations and that any work it produces in connection with this Agreement will also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. If City notifies Vendor of any violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Vendor shall immediately desist from and correct the violation.
