Common use of Compliance with Laws; Taxes and Assessments Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws; Taxes and Assessments. The Authority will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it and its Property, except where non-compliance could not reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the ability of the Authority to satisfy the Obligations, such compliance to include paying all taxes, assessments and governmental charges imposed upon it or its Property before the same become delinquent, unless and to the extent that the same are being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings and reserves are provided therefor that, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, are adequate.
