Common use of Compliance with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms of Section 13 relating to permitted contests, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all material respects with all Legal Requirements (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to each Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of each Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply in all material respects with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, renovation, use, maintenance and operation of each Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.

Compliance with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms of Section Article 13 relating to permitted contests, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all material respects with all Legal Requirements (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to each the Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of each the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply in all material respects with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, renovation, use, maintenance and operation of each the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.

Subject to the terms of Section 13 hereof relating to permitted contests, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (ai) comply in all material respects with all Legal Requirements (including all Environmental Laws) and all Insurance Requirements relating to each Propertythe Equipment, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements Equipment or interfere with the use and enjoyment of each Propertythe Equipment, and (bii) procure, maintain and comply in all material respects with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, renovation, use, maintenance and operation of each Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the ImprovementsEquipment.
